Introduction to Reading First Regional Principal-Coach Institutes
The Reading First California Technical Assistance Center (C-TAC) is offering two 1-day regional Principal-Coach Institutes for site principals and reading/literacy coaches serving Reading First schools.
The institute will provide principals and coaches the opportunity to work collaboratively to sustain current efforts and continue to move implementation forward by examining a shared leadership environment, using data to calculate annual growth targets and focusing on initial instruction.
It is very important that both the site principal and reading coach attend the institute. They will be working together as a team during the training.
